When you request a quote, reserve, or rent a dumpster from Droproll, we collect:

• Name — so we know who we're working with.
• Phone number — to confirm your booking, send delivery and pickup updates, and reach you about your rental.
• Delivery address (including ZIP code) — so we can confirm you're in our service area and place the dumpster.
• Email address — to send confirmations, receipts, and rental-related communication.
• Rental details — dumpster size or weight category, rental duration, preferred delivery and pickup dates, placement notes, the type of debris or project you describe, and pricing.

If you use our online quote tool, we also receive the project description you type in so we can recommend a dumpster option. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Payment card information is entered with and processed by our payment processor. Droproll does not store full card numbers on our systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide quotes and process, schedule, and fulfill your dumpster rental;
• Deliver, service, and pick up your dumpster at the correct address and time;

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from Droproll, we use your number to send messages related to your rental, such as booking confirmations, delivery and pickup notifications, and service updates. How We Share Information

Droproll does not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example, website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, and the AI service that powers our quote tool — and only as needed for them to perform those services for us. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the safety of our customers, employees, or the public, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

Data Retention & Security

We keep customer and rental records for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
